A native of Mobile, Nick is excited to launch his nonprofit foundation The LionHeart98 Foundation during Fairley’s FREE Lion Heart Football & Cheerleading Camp focuses on servicing inner city youth that have a true passion for sports but very limited resources. With over 350 youth expected to attend, the camp will be of no cost to attendees and will cater to local youth participants. Fairley will make another financial donation to his Alma Mater Williamson High School as well as the Taylor Park Cougars. The Lion Heart Camp has previously received community support from the City of Mobile Fire Department, Golden Corral, and Mayor Sandy Stimpson.
Highlights of this year’s camp include: A Football & Conditioning camp led by Nick Fairley and his NFL friends from around the League and a Cheerleading Clinic hosted by the University of South Alabama Cheerleaders. “My vision is to see true interaction among the players and youth that they can use on and off the field,” states Nick Fairley. Special thanks to this year’s sponsors – Tony Patterson (Car Box), The St. Louis Rams, Golden Corral, Tag Bar & Lounge, Gulf Distributing, Checkers, Hart’s Chicken, the Monday Nighters Sports Club, Tracie O’Cain, Hungry Howie’s, Mr. & Mrs. Carl Davis, and Joe Stewart Cadillac.
