The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (ELI) empowers women to lead with a global perspective. ELI is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit leadership training and development organization that expands participants capacity to achieve success in their chosen professions and community-led organizations.

Through our four core programs – Leadership, Young100 (collegiate), Apprentice (high school), and JEWELLS (middle grades) – ELI participants experience an intense program that specifically focuses on progression and succession techniques so that the end result is a person who emerges with the assurance of her own special skills and resources and a plan on how to attain her desired level of success.

    Through the dedicated efforts of our board, facilitators, and volunteers, ELI has graduated over 200 women and girls ages 11 to 62 over the past three years. Apply today to experience the “total empowerment of women everywhere”.
