TCJ Motivations

Meet today’s charity spotlight TCJ Motivations, Inc. they tell BCG they are  ready to change the world by motivating, uplifting, and encouraging every young man and women in America to be productive citizens in today’s society. They are challenged to increase the enrollment to colleges and universities, the military and all forms of higher education, through their free community Leadership Academies – Brothers University  and Queen’s Academy.

Through TCJ’s Queen’s Academy program  academically talented girls receive mentoring and are provided with opportunities to make a difference in their community locally and nationally. Though partnerships with powerful women in leadership positions, they offer one on one mentorship along with powerful group sessions. Young ladies of Queens Academy are taken through a six-week leadership workshop that teaches them how to be royal, respectable and the proper etiquette of a lady.

Brothers University is a diverse mentoring program that provides one on one, group and national services to meet the needs of young men. This program works to motivate young men in their efforts to stay in school and further their academic success through college or military services. Young men are placed with a professional mentor who will assist them throughout (elementary, middle, high school and college). They discuss issues that males face in today’s society such as drugs, gang prevention, lack of education, male professional presentation, brotherhood and manhood. Brothers University program also provides community service each month in its various areas.

TCJ says they believe it’s time to take a stand and make a differences in our communities, building role models and molding leaders.  They are devoted to increasing our visibility in communities and developing brotherhood and sisterhood that decreases gang violence and high school dropouts. They goal is to change the lives of our brothers and sisters by uplifting our youth and pushing them to greatnesses one day at time, one person at time.
