To submit your nomination, in 100 words or less, submit a nomination to info@enchantedcloset.org expressing why you think a young lady or a young man you know should receive a special treat of having their hair done at the J Spot Beauty Salon and Barbershop.
Please also provide the student’s first and last name, their email address and phone number, name of school they attend, and the date of their prom. Selected young men will receive haircuts and young ladies will get their hair washed and styled.
The deadline to submit nominations (pictures are optional) is May 1, 2013 at midnight.
