Estelle Gives Back From the U.K. to the U.S.A!

“To give young people from England, Senegal, and the United States the skills essential for healthy personal and career development.”

Created and founded by Grammy-award-winning songstress Estelle in 2010, All of Me expands young people’s knowledge base by providing significant exposure to real life work experiences, hands-on activities that challenge their decision making process, and intense cross-cultural volunteer projects abroad. Understanding that significant development and long-term decisions occur during high school and college, Estelle targets youths between the ages of fourteen and nineteen for her program. All of Me seeks to expand the horizons of young people through weekly mentoring sessions, monthly life skills activities, and bi-monthly inspiration lunches with professionals from various industries.

“Through enriching the visions of today’s youth we significantly increase the rise of influential young professionals on a global scale.” -All of Me Foundation

Participants in the All of Me program are affectionately called  “Cadets” because the program views them  as “young trainees sent into the world to make powerful contributions to our future global environment.” The mentors or “Coaches”, are trained to guide the cadets throughout their interaction in the program. “We approach coaching as a collaborative, problem-solving process that helps our cadets make and maintain life changes. It is a creative method for helping individuals focus on their talents, resources and strengths so that they are successful in achieving their personal goals and future career aspirations.

“The All of Me Foundation is educating, enlightening, and expanding the horizons of young people.”

Estelle hosting All of Me Foundation spa event

Recently Estelle hosted ‘The All of Me Style & Beauty Lounge’ on the eve of the 2012 Grammy Music Awards. The event was hosted  in conjunction with Give Back Hollywood and over $25,000 dollars was raised to fund the international mentorship program. Students from London, New York and Los Angeles that successfully complete the  life skills program will be rewarded with the opportunity to travel abroad and experience a world beyond their own while working as a volunteer.

We give a major shout put to Estelle and the All of Me Foundation for giving back to the community.
