Flo Rida Gives Back; Creates Cheerleading Competition for Girls in South Florida!

Miami rapper Flo Rida recently called upon his Hollywood friends to help launch an inaugural cheerleading competition, in South Florida.

Flo Rida was joined by Christina Milian, legendary Grammy Award-winning R&B singer Betty Wright and veteran rapper Trina for the Florida Youth Football League Cheerleaders (FYFLC) Cheer Competition.

The artists, which also included Briscoe, Whyl Chyl and TeamPhylte, encouraged the cheerleaders to focus on education, while explaining the importance of teamwork and working together.

“Seeing the young ladies of the FYFLC happy and getting their mom and dad not only to attend but to participate, make events like this so special” said Flo Rida.

Flo Rida and the FYFL (Florida Youth Football League) are currently preparing for the league’s Super Bowl Game, which is scheduled November 18, 2012.
