Get Your Bowl On! WNBA Star Ivory Latta to Host Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon in ATL!

 

Atlanta, Dont strike out! Support  WNBA star Ivory Latta’s 1st Annual Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon For Parkinson’s at Midtown Bowl March 29th, 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia. It is sure to be a fun time with many pro athletes, actors, recording artists and other celebrities who will be in attendance to support Lattas fundraiser.

The Tulsa Shock point guard is the new national ambassador for PDF Champions Program and will behosting this star-studded event to raise much needed awareness and funds for research for the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation. Ivory shared her personal sentiment,  “I’m just excited to be hosting my first big event to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson’s research. Both my father and grandmother suffer from the disease so I know to well the painful effects it can have on a love one.” 

Some of the early confirmed Celebrity Bowlers are Atlanta Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon, 95.5 The Beat on-air morning co-host CJ, 3X Olympian hurdler Terrence Trammell, on-air personality/author Griff, Good Day Atlanta (FOX5) anchor Mark Hayes, and a host of other surprise appearances by her celebrity friends.
