Location Last Seen: A parental kidnapping occurred at Hazelwood West Middle School at 3:55PM. Gabrielle is bi-racial (black and hispanic).
Circumstances of Disappearance: Gabrielle did not return home from school and it is believed that her non-custodial mother, Cecilia Montez (hispanic female) took the child, possibly enroute to Sacramento, CA. She was last known driving a dark-colored mini-van with dark tinted windows. A warrant has been issued for Parental Kidnapping and Interference with Child Custody. Gabrielle’s father has full custody of the child per court order.
Last Seen Wearing: Gabrielle was wearing a pink/purple pea coat, blue jeans and black shoes. She was carrying a black backpack with silver hearts.
