Circumstances of Disappearance: Philadelphia Police are looking for 16-year old girl reported missing in Olney. 16 year old Jabrielle Byrd was last seen at her residence on the 5800 block of N. Philip Street on Tuesday, February 10. Jabrielle is 5’6″, 180 lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes, a medium brown complexion, and straight black shoulder length hair; she was last seen wearing a green waist length jacket, faded black jeans, and red Doc Martin boots.
