Circumstances of Disappearance: Officers later found the 1994 Lexus Kendall drives abandoned near the James B. Garrison Bridge on N.C. Highway 24-27. The car was secured, parked about 300 yards away from the Pee Dee River. Kendall, a senior at Albemarle High School, lives with his stepbrother in the city of Albemarle and sometimes stays with his mother who resides in Norwood.
