Circumstances of Disappearance: Arrived at the mall by 3:15pm with sister went into separate stores and somewhere between 3:15 and 4:00, Jesse disappears from the mall. Mall security will not review the tapes and when police showed up later that evening they said it would take hours to review the tape. (No agency has reviewed the tape to see if she was abducted or if she left on her own).
