Circumstances of Disappearance: Relisha’s suspected abductor is Kahlil Malik Tatum (pictured here). Tatum was a janitor at the homeless shelter where the girl had been living with her mother and stepfather. D.C. police alerted the Prince George’s County police that one of the cars sought in the Rudd case was seen at a Red Roof Inn along Oxon Hill Road. Inside a hotel room was a deceased woman who was identified as Tatum’s wife: 51-year-old Andrea Denise Tatum. Prince George’s County police recently announced that they had charged Tatum with the death Andrea.
