Free Community Dialogue Discussion on Mental Health – May 2nd Atlanta, GA

Winners GA Instagram (1)

May kicks off Mental Health Month and throughout the month we’ll share a series of blog posts on how to deal with mental health or help a friend or family member. Truth is that 1 in 4 people suffer from mental illness, but for far too long in our communities, many Suffer in Silence. Seeking to remove the shame of mental illness and create an open dialogue we invite you to join us in this movement. If you live in the Atlanta area join us this Saturday in partnership with Black Poet Ventures for a free excerpt theatrical presentation of A Song for Donny Hathaway and an intimate community dialogue discussion on mental health. Meet us at The Arts Exchange – Paul Robeson Theater 750 Kalb St. SE Atlanta, GA 30312 – the event starts at 2PM! We hope to see you there as we officially kick off our monthlong dedication to mental health. To RSVP visit BlackPoetVentures.Yapsody.com
