Location Last Seen: Jacob Smith went outside with his siblings whom he was supposed to be watching and disappeared in the 600 block of South Dobson Road, Mesa Police said.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. His family is worried he may need medical attention because of his heart disorder. Even though Jacob Smith went missing Jan. 14, he was not reported missing by his family until Jan. 17. The family told police that it was not unusual for Jacob to leave for a couple of days but that he had never been gone this long.
