NASA G.I.R.L.S (Giving Initiative and Relevance to Learning Science) Applications Now Open; Deadline June 15th!

NASA G.I.R.L.S (Giving Initiative and Relevance to Learning Science) is a virtual mentoring program using commercial available video chat programs to pair Women @NASAmentors with a young girl anywhere in the country. This incredible program is an excellent opportunity for young girls interested in stem. The program will allow girls the opportunity to interact and learn from a real engineer, astronaut, scientist or accountant.

This is the pilot year of our NASA G.I.R.L.S. program, which allows NASA to refine the methods by which it is executed to make the program better for years to come.  It also allows NASA to gauge the need and desire by the public for such an outreach venture.

Program Mission:
Encouraging young females to change the world through STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math

Program Goal:
Our goal is to show young women and girls the possibilities that lie in science and engineering. Check us out and you may just find that this is the right career for you!
